The fantasy historical Korean drama 'The Moon Flows by the Riverbank' stars Kang Tae-oh and Kim Se-jeong, and brings together director Lee Dong-hyun of 'Our Family' with screenwriter Jo Seung-hee of 'More Than Friends'. It's called the historical version of the hit drama 'Secret Garden', telling the story of a crown prince who has lost his smile and a female vendor who has lost her memory. Their souls swap, flipping their identities. Kang Tae-oh plays 'Lee Kang', the current Crown Prince of Joseon acting as regent. After losing his consort, he gives up on his own happiness and devotes himself to seeking revenge. Kim Se-jeong plays 'Park Dali', a lowly street vendor who looks exactly the same as the late crown princess! After their identities are switched, a fantastical and hilarious romantic story unfolds!

Kim Se-jeong takes on her first historical drama, playing a female vendor with amnesia. Coincidentally, she looks exactly like the late crown princess in the palace. Afterwards, she swaps souls with Crown Prince Lee Kang, and both are thrown into turmoil.
