(Kuala Lumpur, 3rd) Since its launch on May 1st, the single sign-on (SSO) integration system between MyDigital ID and the MyJPJ application has been running smoothly, with no technical faults reported to date.

According to MyDigital ID, the system has been stable overall and is operating as expected, enabling users to access related services more securely and conveniently. As of now, there are about 12 million registered MyDigital ID users nationwide, of whom around 7 million MyJPJ users have successfully logged in via MyDigital ID.

The introduction of the SSO mechanism means that users only need to use one officially verified digital identity to access public services, thereby reducing the use of multiple passwords and lowering the risk of account intrusion, fraud, and identity theft.

The authorities encourage users to activate their MyDigital ID and keep both applications updated to make use of this functionality. At the same time, MyDigital ID continues to collaborate with the Road Transport Department Malaysia and the National Cyber Security Agency Malaysia to ensure the system operates securely and stably.
