Yu Heng Jiang’s Luxurious Villa in Malacca Revealed

The "Eternal Prince of Love Songs," Yu Heng Jiang’s “luxurious villa” in Malacca, Malaysia, has been revealed! An avid golf enthusiast, Yu Heng Jiang purchased a luxurious villa next to the Malacca Golf Course. The villa was completed just two months ago, and although he has been busy with his concert tours, he recently took advantage of a break between his concerts in Shanghai and Weihai to invite Kai Li Entertainment’s chairperson and his earliest manager, “Sister Miao” Miao Xiuli, as well as media friends Bu Renmei and Han Demei, to gather at his new home in Malacca.

Previously, Yu Heng Jiang only told Sister Miao and other friends that he had bought a villa in Malacca and invited his friends to come see his new home. It wasn’t until Sister Miao, Bu Renmei, and other friends arrived in Malacca that they realized just how luxurious Yu Heng Jiang’s villa was. Covering an area of 670 pings (about 22,200 square feet), the luxurious villa is complete with a swimming pool, private garden, and a glass house. As the villa is located inside the golf course, he can take a golf cart from home to the golfing green at any time.

Yu Heng Jiang is known for his loyalty and cherishing friendships. In recent years, thanks to his love for golf, he has made many friends beyond the entertainment industry. Many of these friends are also fans who know his songs like “A Restless Heart” and “Toast to the Past” by heart. That’s why at his Taipei Arena concert, he once invited his golf buddies onstage to sing together, sharing the rare experience of performing at Taipei Arena. Yu Heng Jiang fell in love with the culture and climate of Malacca and thus bought a piece of land inside the Malacca golf course, asking his brother-in-law to help build the villa. Jiang’s wife, Xiaofeng, said that after they bought land and built the villa inside the golf course, many friends followed suit to buy land or property in the same area. Out of the 200 residences inside the golf course, 30 belong to friends they know, making it easy for them to gather and play golf together at any time.

In addition to its luxurious hardware, which left his friends in awe, the musical note design on the staircase highlights Yu Heng Jiang’s identity as a musician. Another highlight in the living room is a photo hanging on the wall, showing Yu Heng Jiang receiving the honorary title of “Datuk Wira.” In fact, it wasn’t until they saw this photo that everyone realized that besides being the “Prince of Love Songs,” Yu Heng Jiang has also been awarded the prestigious “Datuk Wira” honor.
