(Bandar Seri Begawan, 1st) The Public Works Department of the Ministry of Development reports that it has received complaints regarding water supply disruptions in several areas of Belait District, especially in Labi and its surrounding areas.
The Public Works Department issued a statement saying that investigations are underway to determine the cause of the disruption, and appropriate measures have already been taken to assist some of the affected areas.
Once more information is available, the department will issue updates immediately. In the meantime, residents of the affected areas may obtain water from the following blue water tanks: Rumah Panjang Mendaram Besar, Rumah Panjang Melayan, Balai Raya Labi, Dewan Rempayoh, and Rumah Panjang Teraja.
