George Clooney recently confirmed in an interview with “E! News” that the classic “Ocean’s” series will likely return next year with its fourth installment, “Ocean’s 14”, officially starting production. The original cast members Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, and Don Cheadle will all return.
Clooney had already hinted back in 2023 that “Ocean’s 14” had a “fantastic” script. Now, he has further revealed: “The studio has approved the budget, and we are preparing for filming. The only thing left is to coordinate schedules. It’s expected that we’ll officially start shooting in nine to ten months.”
When asked if he was looking forward to collaborating with Brad Pitt again, Clooney laughed and said: “Of course! Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Julia [Roberts]—I just had dinner with Julia last night. They’re all close friends of mine. It’ll be a lot of fun to make a movie together again.” As for whether the movie will indeed be called “Ocean’s 14”, he joked, “Hmm… I don’t really want to call it that. We’ll probably come up with a new name.”
