In the high-pressure and fast-paced structure of the entertainment industry, artists who are willing to give back resources to their behind-the-scenes teams are especially precious. In recent years, from the Mandarin, Korean, to Western music scenes, there have been many examples of figures who 'pamper their employees.' They prove with real actions that success is not just personal achievement, but also the result of an entire team.

Mandarin superstar Jay Chou (Jay Chou) established the company 'JVR Music,' which has long been regarded as a 'happy corporation' in the entertainment business. Not only has he personally spent millions of NT dollars (about RM128,000) to take employees on luxurious trips to Europe, but it has also been reported that year-end bonuses reached as high as 3 months’ salary, and assistants even received hundreds of thousands or even over a million NT dollars as bonuses—a top-level employee benefit in the industry.
Taylor Swift distributed up to RM800 million in rewards to her staff.
Western pop queen Taylor Swift has set a new bar for 'pampering employees.' Her 'The Eras Tour' is regarded as one of the largest world tours in history, with staggering box office revenue. However, Taylor did not keep the gains to herself—instead, she generously handed out bonuses totaling US$197 million (about RM800 million) to her concert staff. After the news broke, many team members were so moved they burst into tears.

Hong Kong's 'God of Songs' Eason Chan has also shown great sincerity. On August 10, 2025, the 'Fear and Dreams' world tour held its final stop at the Galaxy Arena in Macau. At the celebratory banquet, he personally gave golden commemorative coins to 23 full-attendance staff and prepared platinum coins for another 190 team members to thank them for their dedication.

K-pop king GD (G-Dragon, Kwon Ji-yong) chose a romantic way to reward his dance team. During his July 2025 concert tour in Taiwan, it was reported that upon returning backstage after the show, he specially prepared daisy necklaces in partnership with a top jewelry brand, and personally gave them to each dancer. Many dancers shared their emotional moments in their IG stories, showing GD holding a tray of jewelry and handing the items one by one, surrounded by delighted dancers calling his name—the atmosphere was heartwarming and healing.
