Regarding the recent shooting case at the traffic light on Seremban Jalan Rasah, near the road leading to the Wanmaw/Port Dickson toll plaza, Negeri Sembilan State Police Chief Dato’ Affny believes the motive behind the case is related to gang revenge.

In an interview with Bernama, he stated that the police have arrested 3 men to assist in the investigation and have seized a handgun and several bullets believed to be connected to the case.

"We are still tracking down several suspects to assist with the investigation. So far, 7 people have been summoned to have their statements recorded."

He pointed out that police believe the motive of the case is a gang-related feud; the deceased was a security guard, while the injured man is suspected to be a leader of a certain gang.

A shooting occurred at the traffic light, with the victim hit by multiple bullets.
This shooting incident happened at around 7:30 am on December 10. A 43-year-old victim died while receiving treatment at Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital, and another 47-year-old man was injured after being shot by two suspects riding a motorcycle.

When police inspected the vehicle the victim was in, they found multiple suspected bullet holes in the car, and several spent bullet casings were found on the roadway at the scene.
