(Bandar Seri Begawan, 1st) In celebration of World Heart Day, Brunei’s largest charity fitness group (Super Slim Fit Brunei Biggest Charity Fitness Group) recently collaborated with IBTE under the Ministry of Education to organize a charity fitness event at Jefri Bolkiah College in Kuala Belait.
The founder and principal of Brunei’s largest charity fitness group, Mr. Chen Ruicheng, stated that the purpose of this event was to teach teachers and students full body stretching exercises, especially for those who spend long hours sitting; stretching therapy can help eliminate and relieve symptoms such as body pain, stiffness, discomfort, stress, insomnia, and can also promote blood circulation and metabolism.
Principal Chen Ruicheng emphasized that stretching exercises are very effective as they can stimulate blood circulation and the nervous system, promote metabolism, and improve body posture. He encourages the public to practice stretching more in daily life.
Principal Chen Ruicheng stated that they provide a variety of exercises and training for both the general public and people with special needs. All classes are open to the public and are completely free. Classes are held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at the National Stadium Berakas and Fitnesszone Kiulap.
