(Miri, 17th) The 2025 Higher Education Fair and SPM Score A+ Workshop will be grandly held on the 18th of this month at the fifth floor of Miri Imperial Palace Hotel. The public is warmly invited to participate.

Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, Lin Si Jian, stated that an SPM Score A+ workshop focusing on Math and History answering techniques will be held in the morning. The workshop has invited experienced lecturers to provide practical exam techniques for students who are about to take the exam. In the afternoon, representatives from local and international higher education institutions will gather to provide a one-stop higher education information platform for students.

“We have successfully attracted over 200 Form Five students. Due to the enthusiastic response and limited space, I will discuss with Miri Member of Parliament, Chiew Chin Wen, to organize the workshop again in the future to benefit more Form Five students.”

He urged parents to cherish this rare opportunity and bring their children, especially those graduating at noon, to participate, so they have more diverse choices and directions when planning their future studies. They can also learn detailed information about scholarships and accommodation arrangements through the co-organizer, L & P Higher Education Counseling Center.

Furthermore, Lin Si Jian, who is also the manager of the Miri Lin Clan Educational Fund, mentioned that this year the fund will continue to select students from financially disadvantaged backgrounds who have received university admission letters, especially outstanding students from Miri, through the education fair platform to provide financial support and assist them in pursuing higher education smoothly.

“We hope that through a little effort, children genuinely eager to learn can continue their studies without financial worries. We also hope that parents encourage their children to continue their education after completing secondary school, enhance themselves, and enrich their knowledge to give back to society and contribute to the country in the future.”

The higher education fair is not only a platform for information exchange but also a starting point for igniting students' ideals and hopes. We welcome all parents and students in the city to participate enthusiastically and create a brighter future together.
