Jay Chou (Jay Chou) and Hannah Quinlivan have been married for 11 years and have two daughters and a son together. Their 9-year-old son, Romeo, has exceptional tennis talent—he started playing at age 3 and by age 6 had already won a youth tennis championship. Recently, Hannah appeared on the variety show "Chinese Restaurant" Season 10, where she revealed that her son Romeo had become the apprentice of a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) doctor, and often eagerly offers to check her pulse—his diagnoses are even scarily accurate!
Hannah shared on the show that when she previously took her son to see a TCM doctor, Romeo became very curious and interested in how the doctor could “tell someone’s health just by taking their pulse,” so he actively asked the doctor about it. To her surprise, the doctor immediately accepted Romeo as an apprentice and began teaching him knowledge in ways that children could easily understand.
Hannah laughed and revealed that ever since learning to take pulses, Romeo has been very enthusiastic about practicing and often insists on checking her pulse. One time, after taking her pulse, her son even accurately pointed out, “You haven’t eaten enough!” Stunning Hannah into asking, “How did you know that?” Romeo then explained, quite seriously, that it was because her pulse felt different, which Hannah found both impressive and adorable.
