Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi stated on the 9th that he believes renewed dialogue or negotiations with the US will not be on Iran’s agenda.
In an interview with the US Public Broadcasting Service, he said: "I don’t think the issue of renewed dialogue or negotiations with the Americans will be put on the agenda, because our experience of dialogue with them was very painful."
He stated: "In June last year, we negotiated with them, but they launched an attack in the middle of the negotiations."
Araghchi said that this year, the US side tried to convince Iran that "this time will be different," but after multiple rounds of negotiations, "they still decided to attack us."
He said that the Iranian side is fully prepared and, whenever necessary, will continue to use missiles to attack them.
