Russia fully supports resolving the Iranian nuclear issue through peaceful means and has proposed specific initiatives. Russia will continue to promote conflict de-escalation between Iran and Israel.

In his call with Netanyahu, Putin stressed the necessity of returning to negotiations and resolving all issues related to the Iranian nuclear issue through political and diplomatic means, expressing willingness to mediate to prevent further escalation of the situation.
