Xian Guoyi, member of the Standing Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Committee and Minister of the Publicity Department, who is 56 this year, has now been appointed as the Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the autonomous region.
According to the "Ningxia Daily", last Friday (April 10), the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region convened a training meeting for supervision groups on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements. Xian Guoyi, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Minister of the Organization Department, and chief convener of the special task force for learning and education on establishing and practicing the correct view of political achievements at the regional level, attended the meeting.
This news indicates that Xian Guoyi, who previously served as Standing Committee member and Minister of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, has now transferred to serve as Standing Committee member and Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the autonomous region.
According to public information, Xian Guoyi was born in April 1970 in Fengning, Hebei. He worked for a long time in the Ministry of Commerce of China and started working in Ningxia in 2020. He has successively served as Director of the Audit Department, Mayor of Guyuan, and Secretary of the Guyuan Municipal Party Committee.
In 2023, he served as Vice Chairman of the regional government and Head of the Public Security Department. In December 2024, he was appointed Standing Committee member and Minister of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee of the autonomous region, until this adjustment.
According to The Paper, Li Dongxu, former member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, was transferred earlier this year to serve as member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department of the Party Committee of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
