(Kota Kinabalu, 17th) The Borneo International Marathon (BIM) was successfully held on May 11 at the Likas Stadium in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Veteran runner Seifili Ah-har is a familiar face in the Brunei running community, and he participated in the event along with seven other runners. Brunei runners, including female participants, received awards in both the half marathon and 10-kilometer race categories.
This annual marathon event started in October 2008 and has grown into an important sporting event in Sabah, attracting numerous international participants.
