(Bandar Seri Begawan, 4th) Brunei's Ministry of Health joined hands with Super Slim Fit to hold a fundraising event for patients.
The highlights of this event include free comprehensive health checks and kidney health screenings provided by the Ministry of Health, as well as free chiropractic therapy, Pilates, and foam roller yoga classes.
Pilates is a training focused on the core muscle groups, body control, concentration and breathing coordination, aiming to strengthen muscle power, flexibility, and balance, as well as to correct posture.
Tan Sui Seng, the head of Super Slim Fit, emphasized that chronic stress and stiffness in the neck and shoulders can lead to conditions such as hypertension, migraines, and dizziness.
He also recommends that the public incorporate regular stretching exercises into their daily routine to promote blood circulation and relieve stress.
This event aims to raise public donations to help patients in need access medical services.
