(Malay Yihai, 4th) The Malay Yihai Hainan Association, following tradition, celebrated the Shuimei Holy Mother’s birthday to promote fellowship among fellow countrymen.
The association held a collective incense offering and worship ceremony at 11:30 am today at the Malay Yihai Hainan Association’s Tianhou Temple.
There will also be a gathering and dinner at 7:30 pm tonight on the eighth floor of the association’s building.
At the same time, the association announced the list of contributors for the 2025 Shuimei Holy Mother's Grand Birthday Celebration as follows: Zhu Jingli & family contributed one goat, Kong Fanci donated four lamb legs, Yun Fengguo contributed seven fat chickens, Fu Liying contributed seven pairs of fish and winter melon, Wang Zhangju dedicated five strips of pork, Zheng Xiulan provided mushrooms, beancurd sticks, black fungus, and ingredients for cooking mutton, He Changfei donated eight trays of eggs, Zhan Zunguang contributed gold and silver incense and candles, Wang Qizhu offered gold and silver incense and candles, Xu Xiulan contributed seven portions of vegetarian dishes, Wang Qiwan donated 100 pieces of red turtle cakes, Xing Fuchang contributed 100 pieces of red turtle cakes, He Rongyu offered 100 pieces of red turtle cakes, Xu Xiulan donated seven pieces of steamed sponge cake (fa gao), Wang Qiyan contributed seven pieces of steamed sponge cake (fa gao), Fu Jiulan contributed one box of oranges, Huang Guanneng donated one box of apples, Chen Shiying offered 30 longevity peach buns, Huang Yunwen provided 70 longevity peach buns, He Changyao contributed 150 pieces of glutinous rice cakes (ci ba), Lin Yufang donated 50 dollars, Ye Nanchuan donated 50 dollars, Xing Xianglan donated 30 dollars, and Wen Lixiang contributed 30 dollars.
