(Bandar Seri Begawan, 5th) The Brunei Fujian Association, at the First Regular Executive Committee Meeting of the 11th Council held on the 18th of last month, unanimously resolved to convene the "Third Member General Meeting (2025) of the 10th Council" at 9:00 a.m. on March 15 (Sunday) in the Datuk Lim Teck Hock Memorial Hall on the second floor of the association’s premises.
Association Chairman Fang Yanhe stated that the member general meeting is held once a year to review and accept the administrative report, the previous financial statement, and to discuss and approve various motions. Through this announcement, all members are urged that if they have any proposals, they must submit them in writing to the association’s secretariat before 5:00 p.m. on March 10, 2026 (Tuesday), so that they may be included in the meeting agenda.
Notices regarding the meeting have already been sent out. However, to avoid any errors, omissions, or changes of address, any member who has not yet received the notice for the member general meeting is requested to contact the Brunei Fujian Association office immediately for enquiries.
In addition, for environmental protection and cost-saving purposes, the association will no longer distribute annual reports to members. Those who need a copy may call the association’s secretariat at 2229555, or visit the office in person at: No. 17 & 18, 1st & 2nd Floor, Block A, Bangunan Haji Matusin, Kampong Kiulap, Gadong BE1518, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
