(Bandar Seri Begawan, 8th) NBT Brunei continues its Hari Raya tradition by lighting up the NBT Hill starting Friday night, transforming the landmark in front of NBT Toyota Gadong showroom into a dazzling festive spectacle, symbolizing unity, gratitude, and celebration.
As the lights turned on, NBT Hill was illuminated with vibrant colors and exquisite festive patterns, officially ushering in the Hari Raya festivities.
Ahmad, Chairman of Inchcape Brunei, stated: “Hari Raya is a celebration of unity and joy, bringing people together to mark this auspicious festival. We hope this light show will spread happiness and add to the festive atmosphere.”

This year’s Hari Raya decorations blend traditional and modern elegance. With green—symbolizing peace, renewal, and prosperity—as the main color, the installation features a traditional kampong house adorned with brightly colored flowers. The archway reads “Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri” (Happy Hari Raya), accompanied by Islamic patterns, domes, flickering colored lights, and lantern decorations.
The lights turn on every night until 1 AM, quickly making NBT Hill a popular hotspot during the festivities.
