On the afternoon of the 12th, an Air India flight crashed. A woman was 10 minutes late and missed the fatal flight. She was originally scheduled to fly to London to meet her husband.
The female passenger, Bumi Chauhan, missed the flight due to traffic congestion. Fortunately, she escaped with her life and considers this a 'rebirth.'
In an interview with India Today, Chauhan said: 'The flight was scheduled to depart at 1:10 PM, and I had to check in an hour early, but I was stuck in traffic. By the time I arrived at the airport, check-in had already closed.'
Chauhan mentioned that she was supposed to go to London to see her husband, and initially felt sad about missing the flight, 'But when I got home, I found out that the flight I was supposed to be on had crashed.'
She said: 'I feel very lucky, considering this as a rebirth, but I am shocked by this disaster because it claimed so many innocent lives.'
The only survivor from the crash, Ramesh, is currently being treated in the hospital.
