Aifa Hotel first began operations in April 2012 as a three-star hotel, aiming to provide warm hospitality and reliable services to guests from near and far. Over the years, we have had the privilege of welcoming many visitors to Labuan, including business travelers, government officials, as well as professionals and experts from the oil and gas sector working or visiting the region.
He said, today's groundbreaking ceremony signifies our commitment and determination to reinvest in this island and its economy. We are filled with confidence in Labuan's future as a hub for tourism, business, and international visitors. We believe that as Labuan continues to develop, our hotel must also keep pace and continue to upgrade.
This new wing expansion marks the official beginning of our journey to transform Aifa Hotel into a four-star hotel experience.
He said that one highlight of this expansion will be the construction of Labuan’s first rooftop infinity pool. In the future, our guests will be able to overlook and take in the magnificent panoramic sea views from above.
In addition, the new wing will also be equipped with a fitness center, more dining facilities, and a sky bar, offering guests even more diverse leisure and entertainment options.
We will also introduce modern apartment-style suites, specially designed for long-stay guests or families who prefer more spacious accommodation.
This project is not just about increasing the number of rooms and facilities, but fundamentally upgrading the overall stay experience for both business and leisure travelers.
This expansion represents a major investment on our part. At the same time, we hope it will actively promote the growth of Labuan’s tourism industry, create new jobs, and drive the development of the local hotel services sector.
