Fulfilled Life Growth Camp: Know Yourself, Cherish Those Around You

(Miri, 24th) Sarawak Deputy Minister of Tourism, Dato Sri Sebastian Ting, stated that the path of life is not always smooth sailing—there are both laughter and tears—but the most important thing is to learn to know ourselves, cherish those who love us, and bravely face life's challenges.
“We often lose direction in life. I really like a song called 'I've Found Myself'; it reminds us to understand ourselves and reflect on whether we have neglected our family or those who love us. No matter what experiences we face, every day brings a new challenge. The key is to know how to keep going.”
He made these remarks last night while attending the “Success and Prosperity, Fulfilled Life” Growth Camp Dinner and Briefing Session organized by the Fulfilled Life Learning Society.
He also praised the people of Miri for their helpfulness and compassion. “Sometimes the community needs to fundraise, and Mirians can always raise the necessary funds within just a week. This unity is truly touching.”
The event was also attended by the representative of Mayor of Miri, Yew Tiong Ming, Fulfilled Life Learning Society President Chua Jin Eng, Vice President Yu Kui Li, Chief Coordinator Ong Hui Juan, and Fulfilled Life founder Teacher Yan Zunya, among other guests.

Fulfilled Life founder Teacher Yan Zunya shared that the Fulfilled Life Learning Society in Malaysia has now established six branches and continues to provide support for disadvantaged groups.
He said that interaction is what creates value; stagnant water does not flow, nor does it have value. Through interaction and sharing in the courses, many students with autism have successfully come out of their inner shells and integrated into society.
Yew Tiong Ming, on behalf of Miri Mayor Yii Siu Chan, expressed gratitude to the organizers for their dedication and warmly welcomed Speaker Yan’s arrival.
He said that the event’s theme, “Success, Prosperity, Fulfilled Life,” reminds everyone that success is not just about accumulating wealth, but also includes spiritual growth and a fulfilling life.
Yii Siu Chan hopes that Miri will become a city where everyone has the opportunity to pursue their dreams, realize themselves, and harvest happiness.
