A bustling temple fair in Thailand almost turned into a tragedy! This thrilling scene, captured by a witness, has sparked heated discussion online.

At the time of the incident, a white pickup truck was parked near the fair. As the parents were busy setting up their stall and unloading goods, they unexpectedly found the car doors had been locked. What's more distressing was that their young child was still inside the car!

In the footage, a monk hurriedly approached and without hesitation grabbed a wooden chopping board, aiming it forcefully at the car window— with just one hit, the window shattered! He quickly reached inside to try to unlock the door, but due to the car's internal design, he couldn't open the door successfully.

Subsequently, the father also attempted to reach through the broken window to open the door but failed, adding to the tension of the scene. He tried to crawl inside the car but got stuck.

Fortunately, after breaking the window, air circulation improved, and the child was not seriously harmed, successfully being rescued.

Some netizens commented that the father was so anxious that he only thought about climbing into the car, naturally becoming flustered in such an emergency. Some joked that the repair cost for the broken glass would be around 500 Thai baht.

Others reminded that the cost of the glass shouldn't concern us; saving a life is the most important thing! One netizen emphasized that we shouldn't focus on the glass, but on the child's safety!

There were also people saying that if it were them, they would undoubtedly break the glass without hesitation, as no one wants to wait until things get worse to have regrets.
