(Kuala Belait, 5th) Organized by the Kampong Belait B Village Council (MPK), and co-organized by the Brunei Shell Recreation Club (BSRC) and Ajung Event Management, the BSRC 2026 Fun Carnival officially opened yesterday afternoon at BSRC and will run for four days.
The aim of this carnival is to strengthen community connections, promote a healthy lifestyle, support local businesses, and boost the economic and communal vitality of the Belait region through sports and family activities. The opening ceremony was officiated by Kuala Belait Deputy District Officer, Mohd Fadz.
Main events of the carnival include the BSRC Wadokai Karate competition, a football match, traditional tug-of-war, improvisational comedy performances, Tekken e-sports competition, and live music performances.
Additionally, there are a variety of entertainment and leisure facilities on site, including food stalls, go-karting, All-Terrain Vehicles (ATV), a KB Reptiles exhibition, photography corridor, and a bouncer area for children.
All activities will continue until June 7, taking place daily from 10am to 10pm. The Village Council encourages the public to actively participate, not only to support the contestants but also to assist the growth of local businesses and enterprises.
