(Bandar Seri Begawan, 10th) A landslide occurred in the Sungai Dilang Village of Brunei-Muara District, and the Brunei Ministry of Development has issued a closure order regarding this incident.
Following the landslide, the Building Control and Construction Industry Authority under the Ministry of Development issued a closure order in accordance with the Building Control Order (Sections 35 and 36), stating that the relevant buildings are in a potentially dangerous condition. The closure covers buildings numbered 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, and 31 along Simpang 370-16-18-22 in Sungai Dilang Village. Unless written permission is obtained from the Building Control and Construction Industry Authority, no one is allowed to enter this area.
This closure order is effective from December 9, 2025, until another date is designated for its cancellation by the authorities.
