Chiew Choon Man Leads Volunteer Team to Support Sarawak Disability Center Cleanup Activity

(Miri, 3rd) Miri Member of Parliament, Chiew Choon Man, issued a press release today expressing his full support for the charity cleaning activity organized by the Sarawak Organization for Persons with Disabilities (POCS). He dispatched over 80 volunteers to help clear weeds and wild shrubs around the center, creating a cleaner and more spacious environment for future activities.

Chiew Choon Man stated that when POCS sought manpower assistance from his parliamentary constituency service center, he immediately coordinated and mobilized a volunteer team to participate, demonstrating the community spirit of caring for vulnerable groups together.

“I extend my highest gratitude to all the volunteers who tirelessly devoted their time and energy. It is your passion and actions that make the environment where this special group resides more comfortable and secure.”

He also called on the public to increase awareness of the needs of welfare centers and actively participate in similar community cleaning and support activities.

Chiew Choon Man emphasized continuing to focus on the needs of various welfare organizations and supporting their development and service quality improvement through practical actions.
