According to Thai media reports, on July 12 in Bang Tin Pet, the main district of Chachoengsao Province, Thailand, at Wat Dong Thong School, a car fire incident occurred. Fire and rescue personnel immediately rushed to the scene after receiving a report.
When rescue personnel arrived, enthusiastic bystanders had already used a fire extinguisher to put out the fire in the car. Although the fire was extinguished, the car's interior was severely damaged.
Upon inspection of the vehicle, a power bank and portable electric fan were found on the rear dashboard, both of which were burned. According to the official investigation, these two devices may have been the cause of the fire, but further investigations are ongoing to confirm the exact reason.
At first, she did not realize it was her own car, but when she ran outside, she saw it was indeed her vehicle that was on fire.
The car owner said she was unsure whether the fire originated from the fan or the power bank, as both items were placed on the rear shelf.
She speculated that it might have been caused by the rising temperature inside the parked car, which damaged one of the devices and triggered the fire.
