On the 8th, U.S. President Trump stated in an interview with The Times of Israel that the final decision on when to end the Iran war will be determined jointly by him and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu.
According to The Times of Israel, Trump said that without him and Netanyahu, Iran would have destroyed Israel. "Iran originally planned to destroy Israel and everything around it," therefore, the U.S. and Israel have joined forces to attack countries threatening to destroy Israel.
As for who will decide when to end the war with Iran, Trump revealed that it's somewhat bilateral (U.S. and Israel); however, he will make the decision at an appropriate time. His words suggest that while Netanyahu can make suggestions, the final decision will still be up to him.
