(Miri, 20th) Sarawak Minister of Transport Datuk Seri Lee Kim Shin stated that speech is not only a form of expression, but also represents the collision of thoughts, the sharing of knowledge, and reflects the process of personal growth and self-transcendence.

Lee Kim Shin made this statement during the opening of the International Speech Association E Division Speech Contest held at the Miri Gao Yang Hsu Clan Association Hall.
