Artist Cecilia Cheung and her former manager Yu Yuxing went to court over a contract dispute, and there has recently been a new development in the case. Cecilia Cheung was ruled in favor on June 16, but the incident has not been settled.
Yu Yuxing subsequently issued a statement via video, stating that he will continue to pursue related matters.
In the video, he pointed out that he will categorize and organize the testimonies provided by Cecilia Cheung and Zhou Jingyi during the trial, as well as relevant documents and materials disclosed in the case.
Yu Yuxing stated: "I will organize the related materials and, within a week, file reports and complaints with different law enforcement departments according to the nature of the contents."
On the other hand, Cecilia Cheung, who officially joined Warner Music in May this year, responded to the incident via her representative lawyer on June 25.
The statement pointed out that all litigation documents involved are currently bound by confidentiality clauses and court injunctions and may not be disclosed, used, or disseminated without authorization, otherwise it may constitute contempt of court.
The statement also emphasized: "Cecilia Cheung reserves all legal rights."
