(Bandar Seri Begawan, 24th) With the eager anticipation and strong support of dignitaries and community members from all walks of life, the Brunei Chinese Charity Association’s key public welfare initiative—the construction of a crematorium—has made breakthrough progress after long-term preparation and meticulous planning. It has now officially entered the substantive stages of project construction and core equipment procurement, marking a crucial step by the association in improving local funeral facilities and serving the Chinese community.

To ensure that the project’s core equipment—the cremator and exhaust treatment system—meets international standards in technology, environmental protection, and safety, the Association’s engineering team has conducted rigorous comparisons and comprehensive evaluations of information from multiple domestic and international suppliers. After in-depth analysis and recommendations by the team’s representatives and technical consultants, a leading manufacturer from Jiangxi Province, China, has been selected as the first-choice partner and is about to proceed to the final contracting stage.

To ensure smooth cooperation, the manufacturer places great importance on this project. Recently, Mr. Wen Bowen, Chairman of the company, and Mr. Wan Xiaobin, General Manager and Senior Engineer, personally visited Brunei to hold formal and in-depth technical and business exchange meetings with the Brunei Chinese Charity Association board and the crematorium project team.

The Charity Association attached great importance to this meeting, with President Sun Shengli, Vice President Lin Pengguo, and Treasurer Li Chunjin attending in person. Other attendees included board members and advisors Song Jinghua, Chen Hongyuan, Huang Shouhan, Lin Dencai, Liu Zhixin, Huang Linming, Gu Fanglong, Gu Ganglai, Shen Qiuxiang, Shen Renxiang, Zheng Bingguang, Wang Minxing, Shen Xianguo, and Xu Zhongyong, who collectively exchanged and discussed project construction details.

During the meeting, General Manager and Senior Engineer Wan Xiaobin systematically introduced the company’s overall strengths and product advantages. The company is a member of the China Funeral Association and has been nationally certified as a “High-Tech Enterprise,” long adhering to the business philosophy of “Meticulous Planning, Meticulous Design, Meticulous Management.”

He emphasized the company’s five core strengths: complete business qualifications and honors; extensive market coverage with stable performance; a professional and experienced technical team; a comprehensive and mature after-sales service system; and a 15-year record of “zero legal disputes” highlighting integrity in operations. The company currently holds 41 national patents and software copyrights, and has passed several international authoritative certifications in quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and after-sales service.

Afterwards, the technical team gave a professional presentation on the technical principles, environmental protection indicators, and equipment layout plans for the cremator and exhaust treatment system. Based on the actual needs and architectural conditions of the Brunei project, a customized “two-to-one” plan—two cremators using one high-efficiency exhaust treatment system—was proposed. This plan fully meets the highest environmental protection standards, makes intensive use of space, and takes into account both initial investment and long-term operating costs for economic efficiency.

President Sun Shengli, along with attending board members and consultants, gave high praise to the manufacturer’s professional strength, rigorous attitude, and spirit of integrity after hearing the report. Both sides also engaged in in-depth and pragmatic discussions about project implementation details in a cordial atmosphere.

The successful holding of this meeting laid a solid foundation for the implementation of key equipment for the Brunei Chinese Charity Association crematorium project. The Charity Association hopes that, with the joint efforts of all parties, a modern cremation facility integrating advanced technology and humanistic care can be built in the future, better serving the public and meeting the community’s funeral needs.
