AdamYii: Blood Donation Demonstrates Miri's Spirit of Compassion, Citizens Support Charity for 20 Years Uninterrupted

(Miri, 3rd) Miri City Mayor AdamYii stated that the blood donation activity not only symbolizes the compassion and spirit of unity of Miri citizens but also witnesses the unwavering support and continuous participation of citizens in public welfare over the past 20 years.

He addressed this morning at the 20th "Miri City Day Blood Donation Event" held at MYY Mall Lutong, pointing out that this event not only continues the annual City Day blood donation tradition but also holds extraordinary significance as one of the important moments celebrating the 20th anniversary of Miri being upgraded to city status.

"This event is not just an accumulation of numbers; it showcases the spirit and ethos of our community. Thanks to all the organizers and volunteers, your efforts ensure the supply of the blood bank, bringing renewed hope to countless patients."

Mayor AdamYii also specifically thanked the support of several co-organizing units, including the Miri Indian Association, Miri Bahasa Community Welfare Association, Miri Petroleum Women Association, Miri Caring Society, Miri Punjab Association, and Miri Inner Wheel Club, which reflect the multicultural harmony and spirit of unity and cooperation in Miri.
