Melody Speaks Out for the First Time on 'Difficult Customer Controversy,' Issues Serious Apology: Will Repent and Reflect

Since her debut, Melody has won countless fans thanks to her humorous wit and her elegant 'wealthy lady' image. Recently, however, she has been accused by multiple workers in the airline, restaurant, and department store industries of being a 'difficult customer,' with some even saying, 'Every time I work, I pray I won’t run into her.' On a recent episode of her podcast, Melody addressed these negative comments, apologized, and emphasized that she will repent, adjust, and reflect on her actions.

Melody admitted that facing a wave of negative feedback felt like being caught in an avalanche while skiing—suffocating and overwhelming. She stated sincerely, 'Thank you, everyone, for the lesson, for the shock and the chance to learn. I have taken it all to heart. I've learned a lesson—yes, I will repent, I will adjust, and I will reflect.'

She also shared that in private she is the type of mother who’s always in a hurry, talks fast, and is constantly in 'battle mode.' Whether grocery shopping or at the post office, her hair is often flying about and she’s scurrying along in small steps. She noted that her fast speech or blank expression when zoning out might be mistaken for poor attitude. On one occasion, while suffering from a fever during a long-haul flight, a flight attendant who inquired about her meal options misinterpreted her lack of response or perceived impatience, when in reality, the crew wasn't aware she was unwell. Melody said she will view external criticism as a coach for her personal growth and will be more careful in dealing with people in future. Humorously, she added that if anyone sees her with a sour face on the street, they can directly remind her, and she'll apologize immediately. #
