12-Year-Old French Girl Sexually Assaulted and Beheaded: Female Killer Drags Suitcase with Body into Restaurant to Sell Kidney

A horrifying suitcase murder case occurred in Paris, France: a 27-year-old Algerian woman, Banchired, has been accused of brutally sexually assaulting, torturing, and killing 12-year-old girl Lola Daviet. The case opened this week at the criminal court, and the gruesome details revealed have shocked the nation.

Case details show that on the afternoon of October 14, 2022, the accused intercepted Lola at the entrance of an apartment building in the 19th arrondissement of Paris as she was returning home from school. She lured Lola to the apartment where her sister lived and committed the crime there. Prosecutors pointed out that Banchired’s motive was appalling—she conducted this act of revenge and cruelty on the girl simply because she was dissatisfied with Lola’s mother’s refusal to provide her with the building’s access card.

Court testimony said the accused forced the girl to undress and shower before sexually assaulting her to “satisfy personal desires.” She then repeatedly cut the victim with scissors and a utility knife, leaving her body covered in wounds, and used industrial tape to wrap the girl’s face and torso, which ultimately caused her to suffocate. The forensic report shows the girl’s neck was almost severed, and evidence of sexual assault was found in her vagina and anus.

Even more shocking, after committing the crime, Banchired stuffed the body into a suitcase and calmly dragged it to a nearby cafe. Surveillance footage captured her telling a male customer that the suitcase contained a “kidney for sale,” and she even briefly opened the suitcase to let him see inside. The man appeared to be startled by what he saw and stood up.

Banchired eventually abandoned the suitcase on the roadside, where at around 11 PM a homeless man discovered the girl’s body and called the police in terror. When the suitcase was found, the girl’s arms were tied together, her entire face was covered in tape, she had a deep wound on her chin, her neck was nearly severed, and there were numerous knife wounds on her back.

Police later arrested Banchired based on their investigation, and found blood-stained scissors and an oyster knife in her residence. They also discovered that a few days before the crime, the accused had searched online for information related to witchcraft.

Banchired arrived in France on a student visa in 2013, and after her visa expired she received a deportation order in August 2022. However, she failed to leave within the 30-day deadline, becoming an illegal resident. In court, she admitted to suffering a mental breakdown after both her parents passed away in 2019 and 2020, turning to smoking up to 20 joints a day to ease her emotions.

The accused apologized to the family in court, stating she was “deeply remorseful” for her actions. The trial will continue until next Friday, and she faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.
