Witnesses said that a crowd of Palestinians was waiting to receive relief supplies such as flour and drinking water when several tanks suddenly approached and surrounded the crowd. The Israeli forces then fired on the people, killing at least 67. In southern Rafah and Khan Yunis, Palestinians waiting at aid points were also shot.
