(Miri, 22nd) The Miri City Council issued a notice today announcing that pavement maintenance works will be carried out on Brooke Road (Jalan Brooke) from April 18th to 30th. The public is reminded to be cautious
and cooperate with traffic instructions.
According to the notice, this maintenance work will cover parts of Brooke Street, during which safety signs and flag guards will be set up to assist in guiding traffic.
The City Council urges all road users to reduce speed and proceed cautiously during the works, be extra vigilant, and follow the on-site traffic management measures to ensure the safety of both road users and construction personnel.
Additionally, the City Council also recommends that drivers use alternative routes where possible to avoid causing congestion or delays during the construction period.
