This year, China's humanoid robot market is expected to reach 8.239 billion RMB (4.973 billion MYR), accounting for about 50% of the global market.
According to a report by China News Service, the 2nd China Humanoid Robot and Embodied Intelligence Industry Conference opened on the 15th in Beijing. During the conference, the "2025 Humanoid Robot and Embodied Intelligence Industry Research Report" was released.
The report indicates that since 2024, driven by multiple factors such as the synergy of upstream and downstream industrial chains, the humanoid robot industry has shown continuous technological progress and innovation, sustained market expansion, expanded application scenarios, increased policy support and capital investment, and strengthened international cooperation and exchange.
According to the report, by 2025, the humanoid robot industry is expected to quickly transition from the technology verification phase to a large-scale commercial phase. As costs decrease and the ecosystem improves, the industry is expected to replicate the development path of new energy vehicles and become a new growth pole of China's economy.
The report states that humanoid robots and embodied intelligence are accelerating their evolution, becoming the high ground of global technological innovation. By 2025, the global embodied intelligence market is expected to reach 19.525 billion RMB (11.784 billion MYR), and by 2030, it is expected to reach 232.63 billion RMB (140.405 billion MYR), with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 64.18%.
