Trump stated that Iran is negotiating with the United States.

On the 4th, Chief of Staff of Iran’s Armed Forces, Mousavi, stated while inspecting an underground missile base in Iran that by carrying out comprehensive technical upgrades to ballistic missiles, Iran has enhanced its deterrent strength.
He said: "We are ready to respond to any action by the enemy."
