韩国推出新航空安全计划 强化鸟击防范

 韩国济州航空一架波音737-800客机于去年12月底发生严重空难，疑因鸟击导致故障，降落时撞上混凝土结构并发生爆炸，造成179人罹难。对此，韩国国土交通部6日宣布最新航空安全管理方案，计划全面升级机场鸟击防范措施，降低类似事故风险。 综合韩媒报道，目前韩国仅有4座机场配备热成像仪，其中仁川机场拥有4台，金浦、金海及济州机场各配备1台。国土交通部6日在“查明12·29客机失事真相和救济受害者及遗属特别委员会”上宣布，将于全国15座机场全面安装热成像仪和鸟类探测雷达，以即时监测鸟群活动并预警可能的鸟击风险。 当局同时推动相关制度改革，包括在年内通过新法，尽量减少机场周边的“易招鸟类设施”，包括果园、养猪场、食品加工厂、鸟类保护区等11类场所。目前，韩国各机场附近共有115处此类设施，但现行法规并无强制迁移或其处罚机制。 此外，韩国政府计划加快机场基础建设升级，包括改良航向台和安装特性材料拦阻系统（EMAS），此工程预计将于2027年完工，总耗资额达2470亿韩圜（7.54亿令吉）。
