The Indonesian National Railway Company stated on the 28th that the train collision accident that occurred in Bekasi City, West Java Province, on the evening of the 27th has so far resulted in 7 deaths and 81 injuries.

Preliminary investigation shows that on the evening of the 27th, a long-distance train entered the track in Bekasi City where a commuter train was parked and collided with the commuter train. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
