Thai actress Christine revealed that a paramedic assaulted her sexually and took photos of her while she was feeling unwell and unable to resist. Initially, the paramedic denied the allegations, but ultimately confessed to the crime in the face of evidence.

According to Thai media outlet khaosod, Thai actress and model Christine Gulasatree Michalsky went to the police station on April 1st to make a statement, and then shared details of the incident with the media.

She revealed that she had been diagnosed with depression and panic disorder, and needs to take medication on a daily schedule. In the early morning of March 31st, after taking her regular medication and an antihistamine, she experienced an overdose and her body became weak.

She said that at the time, she was talking on the phone with a friend and asked the friend to call emergency services. Afterwards, 34-year-old paramedic suspect Nikorn arrived alone at her apartment.

Christine accused Nikorn of taking advantage of a moment when the apartment security was absent to assault her and take nude photos of her. Due to her dizziness and weakness at the time, she was unable to resist. She remained conscious during the incident and was clearly aware of the suspect's actions.

Confronted with the accusation, Thai police launched an investigation into Nikorn on April 1st, but he denied everything. He argued that he was only performing CPR on Christine, and took photos of her medication for reference for other medical staff.

Police then retrieved CCTV footage from the building's entrances and corridors and conducted forensic examination of Christine's clothing that she wore that day. In light of the solid evidence, the court issued an arrest warrant for Nikorn, and he was taken into custody on the evening of April 1st.

During questioning by the police, Nikorn admitted to committing the sexual assault. He testified that after Christine exposed the incident on social media, he deleted the related photos and insisted he did not share the nude photos with anyone else.

Nikorn has been charged with violating Thai Criminal Code Section 278, which involves committing sexual assault against a person over the age of 15 by threatening, using violence, or taking advantage of the victim's inability to resist. The maximum penalty for this offense is 10 years imprisonment, or a fine of up to 200,000 baht (approximately 40,000 yuan), or both.

Nikorn is currently still being held at the police station for further questioning. He has been summoned to appear at the Southern Bangkok Criminal Court for trial by April 3rd.
