(Bandar Seri Begawan, 22nd) – The Bandar Seri Begawan Hainan Association held the "Fragrant Dumplings Linking Hometown Sentiments, Grateful Hearts for Parents" Clan Gathering and Double Parent-Dragon Boat Festival Gala the night before last at their association hall. Members and clan relatives gathered together to joyfully celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month, as well as Parent’s Day, in a warm and lively atmosphere.
The association's chairman, Han Huangguang, vividly compared all the members and clan relatives to the "bamboo leaves" of a big family at the gala. It is precisely because of everyone's close unity that the words "Hainan Association Clan Affection" can be tightly wrapped up, thus better inheriting Hainan culture and continuing clan ties.
