(Kuala Belait, 17th) The Kuala Belait District Office Enforcement Unit recently discovered a Chinese man, Wong Mann Poh, cleaning up the area at the old Rasau Toll Station while on patrol. Enforcement officers observed that Wong Mann Poh was picking up various types of litter scattered around, including plastic waste and food packaging, believed to have been casually discarded by inconsiderate road users.
He collected the rubbish into plastic bags, restoring the area to a clean, tidy, and comfortable state.
