(Bintulu, 14th) The Fire and Rescue Department was dispatched yesterday to assist in opening a pickup truck door that was locked from the inside. The incident took place near the Kampung Assyakirin Mosque.
According to a spokesperson from the Sarawak Operations Center (PGO) of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM), authorities received the report at 3:12 PM and immediately sent seven team members to the scene.
"Upon arrival, the fire and rescue team discovered that the pickup truck was locked from the inside. Using specialized tools, the firefighters successfully opened the door," he stated in a statement today.
He added that it took the team about three minutes to open the door.
After confirming that the situation was under control, the team returned to the fire station.
