(Bintulu, 5th) Tanjong Batu state assemblyman Pan Long Ming has called on the public not to neglect spending time with their families, even when busy with work or daily affairs.
He emphasized that every moment spent with loved ones not only deepens family bonds, but also helps to relax the mind, create beautiful memories, and strengthen local community cohesion.
He pointed out that work pressure, daily responsibilities, and life stresses often make people overlook the importance of rest, and ignore the need to care for their own and their family's wellbeing.
"Resting and spending quality time with family is not only a choice, but is an important need to maintain emotional and psychological balance," he said while attending the Taman Tinggi Protem Village Community Development and Security Committee (JKKK Protem) family day event at Tanjong Batu Beach on Sunday.
Pan Long Ming further pointed out that family is the core of everyone's life, and the safest and most meaningful harbor, especially when facing challenges.
"I'm very pleased to see local residents bringing their families to participate in the event; this fully demonstrates a strong family spirit," he added.
