Following Cambodia's announcement of a complete suspension of border crossings with Thailand, Thailand on the 14th introduced maritime control measures, restricting the transport of fuel and military supplies to Cambodia.
The Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and the Military Command Center stated that the Thai side has decided to block Thai vessels and related ships operated by Thailand, prohibiting them from exporting fuel and military supplies to Cambodia by sea, in order to weaken Cambodia's ability to pose a threat to Thailand.
On the 13th, the Cambodian government announced the complete suspension of border crossings at Cambodia-Thailand border checkpoints to reduce the risk of cross-border movement of nationals from both countries and other nations.
However, at present, commercial flights between the two countries remain in normal operation.
