Chinese short drama actress Yang Shanzi recently encountered extreme weather during filming, with thunderstorms and hailstorms striking without warning, resulting in injuries to staff members. During evacuation, she almost slipped down the mountain, causing the scene to resemble a disaster movie and leaving a lingering sense of fear.
Yang Shanzi recently posted about the incident, revealing that during filming in the mountainous region of Guizhou, the weather changed suddenly. Initially, they were only avoiding the rain, but it quickly turned into hail, making the muddy mountain paths extremely hazardous. "The road down the mountain was about 1 kilometer long, all stepped fields, plus knee-deep mud water, causing many people to slip and some even to be swept down the slope," leading to staff being injured. "This was the first time I encountered such a situation, and it was really frightening. It made me feel the insignificance and helplessness of humans in the face of nature."
During the evacuation, Yang Shanzi's contact lenses were washed out, leaving her with blurred vision and temporarily isolated. At the time, she was also wearing heavy ancient costume, and nearly slipped down the mountain, but luckily other actors pulled her back just in time, saving her life. After reaching the foot of the mountain, the crew was immediately sent to the hospital for examination, and it was confirmed that no one was seriously injured.
