William Chan, who once had a five-year relationship with Ah Sa, secretly dated Chinese supermodel He Sui for several years. Recently, in an interview, he shared his feelings about becoming a father, admitting that he felt lost and nervous upon learning that He Sui was pregnant, and disclosed that his wife's delivery process "was not particularly smooth," which made him very worried.

William Chan admitted that many of his male friends settled down early, and when he first found out that he was going to be a father, he actually felt a bit lost inside, doubting whether he could take care of himself and if he was up to the responsibility, frankly saying that when facing heavy responsibilities, "men are never mature enough." He revealed that the first time he listened to the fetal heartbeat, he got nervous because they couldn’t find the sound at first. Only when they heard the heartbeat did he realize the reality of life, which made him deeply understand the hardships of pregnancy and determined to become a responsible dad.

Talking about the moment of birth, William Chan personally recorded the moment when his son first opened his eyes and cried. But he also shared with pain that He Sui’s delivery was not very smooth, and even though he was immersed in joy at the time, there was always a stone hanging in his heart. It was only after confirming that his wife was safe that his heart was finally at ease.

In fact, after giving birth, He Sui discovered that there was retained tissue in her uterine cavity, and she had to undergo a secondary curettage surgery after finishing her postpartum confinement period. In addition, within two months postpartum, she experienced gastrointestinal infections, severe colds, and other health issues, and showed typical postpartum symptoms such as hair loss, loss of eyelashes, and eyebrows.
