In this fierce contest, Brunei's team ultimately won the inaugural ASEAN Friendship Cup with an outstanding performance, defeating Indonesia's team to claim the championship. In the final, both sides exhibited excellent skill, teamwork, and determination, with the victory decided only in the last round, drawing enthusiastic cheers from the spectators.
At the same time, the Thailand team narrowly defeated the Philippines team to win third place, demonstrating the intense competition and high standard of play throughout the event.
