(Seremban, 6th) Teng Yun Temple in Seremban will celebrate the grand occasion of the Heavenly Mother's Holy Birthday on the 23rd day of the third lunar month in the year of Bingwu. To express respect and blessings to the deities and Buddhas, a series of grand celebration activities will be held.
The event schedule is as follows:
On May 8, 2026 (Friday, 22nd day of the third lunar month), at 11:00 PM (Zi hour), there will be an invitation for the deities and Buddhas to descend, a respectful welcome to the Jade Emperor and the Three Officers and Five Emperors, celebrating the grand ceremony of the Heavenly Mother's holy birthday.
On May 9, 2026 (Saturday, 23rd day of the third lunar month), at 5:00 PM (You hour), a feast will be held to reward the Five Camps Generals and a charity event to show compassion and care for the invisible beings (wandering spirits, “Lao Da Gong”).
At 7:00 PM (Xu hour), there will be a respectful invitation for the deities and Buddhas to descend, and a respectful sending off of the Jade Emperor and the Three Officers and Five Emperors.
On this special day, all members of the Board of Directors, advisors, temple heads, Taoist masters, welfare team, and devotees of the temple sincerely invite all the faithful to participate in this celebration, and pray that all attendees are blessed with everlasting good fortune, peace, and happiness.
