Multiple Countries Continue to Deliver Aid to Gaza

On the 3rd, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Belgium, and several other countries continued to deliver and airdrop aid supplies to the Gaza Strip.

According to a comprehensive report by Xinhua News Agency, a convoy of trucks loaded with aid supplies departed from the Egyptian side of the Rafah crossing on the 3rd. After being inspected by the Israeli side at the Kerem Shalom crossing, they will enter the Gaza Strip. The report stated that this convoy is organized by the Egyptian Red Crescent, consisting of dozens of trucks fully loaded with food, medical equipment, and medicines, as well as two fuel tankers carrying diesel.

The Egyptian military stated on the 3rd that in the past 72 hours, a total of nine military transport aircraft were deployed to airdrop humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, and dozens of tons of food were dropped into areas that are difficult to reach by land routes.

On the 3rd, under the coordination of the World Health Organization, the UAE government delivered a shipment of medical supplies to the Gaza Strip by truck. This batch of approximately 65 tons of aid includes a variety of urgently needed medicines and medical equipment, which will be distributed to hospitals and medical centers throughout the Gaza Strip to alleviate drug shortages in local medical institutions.

The Jordanian Armed Forces issued a statement on the 3rd, saying that Jordan, together with Germany, the UAE, France, and Belgium, carried out seven airdrops to the Gaza Strip that day, delivering a total of 61 tons of aid supplies.

Belgian Defense Minister Theo Francken posted on social media on the 3rd that for the first time, the Belgian Air Force conducted an airdrop of humanitarian supplies to the Gaza Strip, totaling about 15 tons of relief materials.
